Recruitment Analyst
The Cardea Group is a boutique executive search firm specializing in placing legal and compliance talent across the asset management industry. The Executive Search Analyst plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity of candidate and client data and partnering with search teams to assist recruiters in their efforts.

Responsibilities
Attend client meetings and document key topics and action items
Maintain and update talent records in our internal database, ensuring data accuracy and relevance
Develop a strong grasp of our internal candidate coding system, applying this understanding to maintain accurate classification of all candidates in the database
Conduct regular searches of target talent pools and import relevant new candidates to the internal database
Manage the flow of in-bound inquiries to company email inbox and LinkedIn account
Create customized business development content for use in pitch meetings with potential clients
Collaborate with search team to complete ad hoc projects as requested
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our research methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, with notable academic success
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a fluent grasp of the English language
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work in person from our Midtown NYC office 5 days per week with flexibility
Ability to work in a highly engaging environment
Strong moral code
Preferred
Experience with CRM software and/or talent databases, especially Loxo
Knowledge or use of ChatGPT beneficial
