Senior Litigation Attorney

Andreozzi + Foote is a nationally recognized law firm that represents survivors of sexual assault and abuse in civil cases across the country. They are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial litigator to take ownership of their own docket, lead a small team, and deliver justice for survivors.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload from sign-up through settlement or trial. Your assigned matters will involve sex trafficking, school sex abuse cases, medical provider sexual abuse, and much more (including the occasional traditional injury or death case)
Cases are based largely in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, but you will also get the chance to work on matters (with co-counsel) across the US, in both state and federal courts
Strategically manage your paralegal and junior attorney to drive top results
Aggressively pursue firm and personal performance goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Deliver great results for survivors while driving revenue growth for your team and the firm

Required

Barred in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (New York, Maryland, or other jurisdictions also a plus)
3+ years state and federal civil litigation experience (personal injury or insurance defense preferred)
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
