Responsibilities

Manage and track IT spend across multiple initiatives, including Authorizations for Expenditure (AFEs) treated as individual IT projects

Ensure alignment of spend to approved business cases, including CAPEX vs. OPEX determinations

Track accruals, forecasts, and actuals, tying costs to the correct cost centers

Partner closely with IT project managers and IT leadership to coordinate timelines, budgets, and financial updates

Maintain and enhance IT spend reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Develop and support automated cost analytics to improve visibility and reduce manual effort

Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization
