Responsibilities
Collaborate with our team of software engineers to gain in-depth knowledge of our product and how our customers use it to gain efficiency in warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities
Define and own the front-end architecture for enterprise-scale Angular applications
Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for front-end development
Design and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems
Lead technical decisions around Angular frameworks, tooling, and performance optimization
Ensure applications meet scalability, security, accessibility, and performance standards
Collaborate with backend architects to ensure clean API contracts and integration
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring for development teams
Help define and drive the UI/UX vision and strategy across products and platforms
Ensure consistent visual design, interaction patterns, and usability standards
Champion accessibility (WCAG), usability testing, and inclusive design practices
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align the UI with business goals
Use data, user research, and feedback to continuously improve user experience
Qualification
Required
BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of experience in front-end development and UI/UX design
5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 8+)
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
Proven experience designing scalable front-end systems and user-centered interfaces
Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design standards
Hands-on experience with version control software
Knowledge of common software design patterns and experience applying them effectively in applicable scenarios
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
20% travel
Preferred
Experience in Warehouse Management Software
