Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair alarm systems including Fire Alarm, Building Security systems (including Card Access systems and CCTV)

Building security systems, scoreboards, personal computers, etc

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair/replace components

Test, adjust and repair electronic instruments

Work from blueprints and schematic diagrams

May set up and perform minor repair of personal computers and set up local area networks

Required

An advanced knowledge of electronics equivalent to two years accredited technical school training, or an Associate's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2 Years Additional Practical Experience

Must possess a valid driver's license; the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Must provide own hand tools including various pliers, wrenches, screw drivers, VOM grounded outlet tester, hex drivers, hex keys, hacksaw, scribe, etc

Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of building systems including fire alarms and emergency light systems; low voltage lighting; P/A systems; electronic clock systems; two way radios; scoreboard, etc

Install, maintain and repair alarm systems including Fire Alarm, Building Security systems (including Card Access systems and CCTV)

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair/replace components

Test, adjust and repair electronic instruments

Work from blueprints and schematic diagrams

May set up and perform minor repair of personal computers and set up local area networks

May require knowledge of personal computers, LANS, coaxial cable fabrication and installation, etc
