Responsibilities
Optimize server infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, and productivity tools; resolve service requests and incidents efficiently
Mentor and support the systems administration team; manage schedules and foster collaboration
Provide accurate KPI reports and lead improvement initiatives; support systems-related projects
Maintain IT support documentation and assist during outages
Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for reliable, cost-effective service
Qualification
Required
Advanced expertise in server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise productivity suites, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership experience in developing technical teams and managing IT operations, including system upgrades and migrations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, with a collaborative approach across departments
Post-secondary education in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent experience), plus professional certifications in cloud/virtualization technologies
Minimum 10 years in systems administration and 5 years in IT leadership
