Change Management Consultant
Brooksource is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to drive user adoption and behavioral change for a large-scale digital workplace initiative impacting approximately 25,000 users. The role focuses on ensuring users understand, embrace, and effectively utilize new capabilities through structured change strategies, communications, training, and reinforcement.

Responsibilities
Design and execute organizational change management strategies to support adoption of enterprise digital workplace capabilities
Develop and manage change plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications strategy, training and enablement approach, and reinforcement tactics
Lead user adoption efforts across multiple employee groups, ensuring changes are understood, supported, and embedded into day-to-day work
Create and deliver communications content such as role-based messaging, leadership talking points, FAQs, job aids, and user-facing guidance
Partner with business leaders, champions, and site or departmental stakeholders to build change sponsorship and advocacy networks
Coordinate and support training and enablement activities, including user readiness, adoption campaigns, and post-launch reinforcement
Capture and analyze user feedback, sentiment, and adoption signals to continuously refine change strategies and recommend adjustments
Track and report on adoption and change effectiveness metrics, highlighting risks, resistance, and opportunities for improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor to project leadership on change risks, readiness, and mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in organizational change management, change consulting, or enterprise adoption initiatives
Proven success leading change management efforts for large, enterprise-wide technology rollouts
Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies and best practices
Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, training approaches, and adoption campaigns
Ability to assess organizational readiness, manage resistance, and guide stakeholders through change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple change workstreams simultaneously
Preferred
Experience supporting digital workplace, productivity, or collaboration tool adoption
Background in building champion or super-user networks to accelerate adoption
Familiarity working alongside technology delivery teams while remaining focused on the people and change dimension
Experience measuring adoption through qualitative and quantitative feedback mechanisms
