Responsibilities

Build trusted, long-term relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, consultants, and engineering firms
Lead consultative sales efforts for complex, long-cycle capital projects from early engagement through project award
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities within wastewater treatment, biological treatment, and resource recovery applications
Collaborate closely with internal engineering, tendering, and project teams to develop technical solutions and proposals
Conduct site visits and in-person customer meetings to support accurate project development
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer documentation in CRM systems

Required

Experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions into water, wastewater, or industrial markets
Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, consultants, and engineering firms
Experience leading consultative sales efforts for complex, long-cycle capital projects from early engagement through project award
Proactive in identifying, qualifying, and developing new opportunities within wastewater treatment, biological treatment, and resource recovery applications
