Responsibilities
Perform premium processing, address customer inquiries, and maintain confidentiality. You'll resolve issues to exceed customer expectations while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeliness
Analyze statements, oversee premium payments for groups, and uphold data integrity in company systems
Ensure accuracy in billing statements and premium payments. Identify, evaluate and resolve eligibility and billing entries
Identify and communicate premium and eligibility errors as needed
Maintain certholder eligibility and premium application. Ensure full compliance with coverage requirements outlined in policyholder contracts and relevant state and federal regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong background in working with numbers in a billing capacity
Ability to operate a computer keyboard and calculator, as well as proficient typing and data entry skills with strict attention to detail
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
Preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Experience in professional office roles involving insurance products, and accounting
Knowledge of contract provisions and the ability to communicate in terms a customer can understand regarding premium collection
