Inside Sales Representative - Downtown Chicago Office

They are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to potential customers
Research and identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team
Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of proven inside sales experience or related customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to overall team success
