Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of QEHS Specialists to ensure consistent QEHS standards across all sites
Provide strategic and tactical QEHS direction across the organization
Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, and key industry certifications including RIOS, R2v3, NAID, and e-Steward
Lead internal audits, corrective and preventive action programs, and support third-party certification audits
Review incidents, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective action
Partner with Operations and HR on training, emergency preparedness, and change management initiatives
Track, analyze, and report QEHS KPIs and trends to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive QEHS leadership experience in a multi-site environment
Strong working knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 50–75%
Located near Las Vegas, NV; Elgin, IL; Atlanta, GA; San Antonio, TX; or Denver, CO
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in EHS, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
