Responsibilities

Lead and manage large ServiceNow ITSM and IRM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation aligned with business requirements

Oversee risk management processes, including third-party and integration risk assessments within ServiceNow IRM

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and monitor operational and security risks

Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and platform upgrades
