Siro is redefining how field sales teams learn, perform, and win. They are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to build and fuel top-of-funnel hiring by identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent for their rapidly scaling team.

Responsibilities
Build top-of-funnel pipelines and source exceptional talent across all roles — from BDR, AE, and Demand Gen to Software Engineering and Data Science
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Juicebox/email, niche platforms, referrals, communities, events). Write compelling outreach that reflects our brand and resonates with high-performers, and continuously test and optimize
Maintain a high weekly outbound volume, with a focus on quality and personalization over spray-and-pray tactics. Use data to refine search criteria and improve hit-rates
Map relevant companies, competitors, and talent pools; build structured target lists by role. Track industry trends, comp benchmarks, signals of rep performance (President’s Clubs, quota attainment, etc.)
Manage candidate responses, nurture warm pipelines, and conduct initial qualification screens when needed
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar roles
Direct experience sourcing for BDR, AE, or other GTM roles strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in outbound sourcing and talent engagement
Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby, ideally) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Fast-paced AND detail-oriented
