Information Technology Support Specialist
MS Companies is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting, equipment support, inventory tracking, and mobile device management in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as Tier 1 end-user support for desktop computing and mobile device environments
Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and software
Install, configure, diagnose, and maintain mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Troubleshoot issues in person, by phone, email, and through helpdesk software
Track, manage, and ship IT equipment and maintain accurate inventory records
Provide timely and accurate end-user assistance and follow-up
Maintain a professional, upbeat image while representing the organization
Perform additional duties as assigned by the department leader
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop hardware and software support or configuration
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices (iOS and Android)
Strong technical knowledge of Windows-based desktop hardware and software
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides
Basic understanding of networking and cloud computing concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong customer-service orientation
Self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks independently
Preferred
Salesforce experience and/or familiarity with other CRM tools
Experience using helpdesk or ticketing software
Experience supporting both desktop and mobile computing environments
Exposure to asset management or equipment inventory tracking
