Responsibilities
Develop and continuously grow a network of local hotel partners by negotiating mutually beneficial distribution agreements, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining Nuitee’s relationship with these hotels
Collaborate with both independent hotels and hotel chains across a specific region to meet your targets
Manage supplier accounts, by negotiating the best rates and allotments, and through strong negotiation of preferred agreements
Support supplier with any issues related to payment, rates, etc
Set targets with suppliers based on account management
Run allotment utilization reports, monitor current availability and adjust the allotment, as required
Convert 3rd parties into direct business, to gain more market share on the specific territories
Introduce Company Group to new suppliers
Promote the use of Company extranet system amongst suppliers, to encourage them to update directly any changes
Ensure Direct Connect rates are open and updated year-round
Understanding Channel Manager connectivity and functionalities would be a plus
Monitor booking types and cancellations on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing or Administration
At least 5 years of experience in Hotel Contracting or Sourcing in online distribution companies (B2B desirable)
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and team management experience
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software tools
Preferred
Understanding Channel Manager connectivity and functionalities would be a plus
