Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting functions
Perform month-end close activities, including financial reporting and account reconciliations
Partner with the VP of Finance to manage and forecast weekly cash flow
Prepare periodic financial statements and fulfill additional reporting requirements as needed
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required
5-7 years of experience in General Accounting or Finance (agency experience is required)
Demonstrates strong foundational accounting knowledge, with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
Proficient in Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, Harvest, Tipalti, and related software tools
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion
