Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy advanced Conversational Al/NU solutions
Architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex Al
Developing NUP and GenAl Models on Vertex Al
Training, fine tuning and deploying custom ELMs, transformer models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to Al Models
Qualification
Required
Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI, with proficiency in Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Hands-on experience in developing NLP and GenAI Models on Vertex AI
Proficiency in training, fine tuning and deploying custom ELMs, transformer models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to AI Models
5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NEU for chat)
Good to have an understanding on other GCP services and cloud-native architectures
Preferred
Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
Must have GCP Certification- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer
Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini): Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems
Excellent communication and collaboration
