Responsibilities
Define and evolve HEIGS’ overarching visual language
Lead creative direction for campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, and seasonal content
Maintain consistency across digital, physical, and editorial assets
Translate Swiss restraint and modern craftsmanship into compelling visual narratives
Use generative AI tools to support concepting, storyboarding, and asset creation
Build visual systems, templates, and AI-enhanced workflows to streamline production
Stay ahead of emerging creative tools and technologies relevant to luxury design
Oversee the look and feel of the HEIGS website, e-commerce pages, and digital experiences
Direct design across all social channels, ensuring elegance, coherence, and brand alignment
Contribute to seasonal animations, motion graphics, and visual drops using AI or blended media
Align visual outputs with the brand’s European luxury codes and Swiss roots
Identify cultural shifts and relevant visual references across fashion, art, and design
Build a brand world that feels both intimate and global, timeless and contemporary
Qualification
Required
A strong understanding of Swiss design language and European luxury culture
Senior-level experience in art direction, design, and visual storytelling
Demonstrated success creating high-end campaigns or lookbooks in fashion or luxury
Proficiency with AI-based creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Kive, etc.)
Hands-on design skills with Adobe CC, Figma, or relevant 3D/motion tools
Excellent eye for layout, typography, composition, and photographic direction
Fluent English
A structured, calm, and precise working style rooted in quality
