Service and support the customer by on-site visit, in-shop repair, phone, e-mail, and remote control
Typical services include computer hardware / software / network break-fix issues, managed services and routine maintenance
Qualification
Required
Server, Desktop, Tablet, Phone Operating Systems
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity and collaboration tools
Networking Equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
Knowledgeable in TCP/IP
CompTia A+, Network +, Server+. Google IT Support Professional Certificate or equivalent work experience
College or Technical School degree with work experience
Good Standing Mississippi Driver's License
Good Customer Service Skills–Written and Oral
Ability to bend, squat, lift, and carry 25-50lbs
