Responsibilities
Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle Siebel CRM applications
Administer Siebel environments including Development, Test, UAT, and Production
Perform Siebel Server, Gateway, Web Server, and Application Interface administration
Monitor system health, performance, and availability
Perform Siebel application deployments , migrations, and patching
Manage Siebel parameters , components, and enterprise profiles
Troubleshoot Siebel issues related to performance, connectivity, and application failures
Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes
Handle Siebel backups, restores, and disaster recovery activities
Support batch jobs, workflows, and EIM processes
Work closely with Siebel developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams
Ensure adherence to change management and release processes
Provide 24x7 production support as required
Qualification
Required
