Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets in the US market
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and account research
Conduct discovery calls with US-based prospects to understand business challenges and requirements
Position IT services and digital solutions effectively, with a strong focus on E-commerce offerings
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, pricing, and solution presentations
Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure
Identify and engage key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity updates in CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with SMB and mid-market clients across the US region
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and ensure a high level of client satisfaction

Required

4–6 years of experience in IT services or technology solution sales within the US market
Must be currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
Proven experience selling IT services / digital solutions
Strong understanding of US business culture, buying behavior, and sales processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with native or near-native English fluency
Experience working with US SMB or mid-market clients
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Ability to build trust quickly and establish long-term customer relationships
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Background working with offshore / global delivery teams
