Responsibilities

Serve as the financial partner to regional operations leadership
Oversee month-end close, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and operational insights
Support plant leaders with clear, actionable financial reporting
Manage 1–2 Accounting Managers (Dallas-based)
Ensure financial consistency across multiple locations

Qualification

Plant-level finance experienceAdvanced ExcelERP experienceOperational mindsetFinancial reporting

Required

Plant-level finance experience in manufacturing or distribution
Strong operational mindset with hands-on plant exposure
Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Amtech a plus)
Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights
