Responsibilities

Experience with customer service in usage of IT software
Strong communication skills to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Utilize technical concepts for those with more technical knowledge and apply them to workflows, including but not limited to:
Development workflows on cloud environments
Components of full-stack applications, such as APIs, databases, servers
Break down above concepts for non-technical users in a precise and clear manner to determine workflow and guidance to be administered
Flexibility when resolving issues
Consider multiple potential solutions to a presented issue
Enumerate effects of solutions on the larger software environment
Weigh costs and benefits of each solution
Strong analytical skills
Analyze issues brought by end users to deduce root causes
Reference systems of record to rectify issues and/or history
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
