Responsibilities
Maintains the integrity of the system information by timely, accurate data entry
Build strong relationships to serve as the point of contact for IT developers and business stakeholders
Initiate preliminary business requirements, assess needs, and implement appropriate solutions
Evaluate business processes by tracking, trending, and analyzing work processes
Trouble-shoot and identify root causes and recommend solutions to manager
Track timely resolution by IT development team
Participating in meetings and sprint planning sessions to ensure technical partners are progressing towards sprint goals and development is on track
Assists in training staff or working with trainers to ensure new procedures are implemented with minimal work interruptions
Responds to more complex special requests that may include research, investigation, evaluation, and documentation of findings
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-4 years proven working experience in a business unit necessary
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Data Tools
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred or equivalent external experience
