Responsibilities

Perform assigned administrative duties while providing excellent service

Facilitate department contact with senior officers, executives and associates companywide

Coordinate routine matters, meetings, travel and various other assignments

Exercise discretion and good judgment in setting priorities, answering or directing correspondence and in coordinating various programs/meetings, etc

Prepare and maintain routine and special reports, records, analyses and the department web site

Organize and maintain the department’s training library

Maintain office supply cabinet for the floor and provide general assistance to staff

Provide administrative support and problem-solving assistance to ensure the fulfillment of departmental responsibilities
