Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit and review engagements under U.S. GAAP, Austrian GAAP (UGB), and IFRS
Serve as the primary client contact for international engagements
Plan, coordinate, and supervise audit teams independently
Ensure audit quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
Collaborate with tax and advisory teams on cross-border engagements
Support growth of Austrian and German-speaking clients in the U.S
Participate in networking events, seminars, and client presentations
Build long-term relationships with Austrian/German companies
Identify cross-border advisory and expansion opportunities
Mentor and develop audit staff
Collaborate closely with audit, tax, and consulting teams across offices
Qualification
Required
Austrian Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer)
Full professional fluency in German and English
5–10+ years of audit experience
Strong expertise in Austrian GAAP (UGB), IFRS, and U.S. GAAP
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Client-facing and leadership experience
