Carry out the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation—across ambulatory and telehealth settings

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to design and implement plans of care

Administer medications, vaccines, treatments, and perform point-of-care testing within scope of practice

Educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness

Document care accurately in the EMR and participate in pre-visit planning for patient encounters

Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical staff and assist with onboarding

Respond to urgent or emergent situations in accordance with facility guidelines

Stay current on competencies, licensure, and ongoing educational requirements
