Required
10+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models and systems
3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including: Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-agent / Agentic systems
Strong proficiency in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders in BFSI domain
Preferred
Experience working on enterprise BFSI GenAI use cases
Exposure to open-source LLM deployments
Prior experience in mentoring or leading GenAI teams
