They are looking to fill a future vacancy for a Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager to join their team in Belleville, Ontario, starting Summer 2026. Responsibilities

Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements
Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets
Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader
Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects
Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions
Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required

This is an on-site position based in Belleville, Ontario
Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline
Prior work experience in a manufacturing site is a plus
