The role involves leading initiatives to drive the success of Marketplace by collaborating across various teams and utilizing analytical skills to develop insights for decision-making.

You are a well-rounded, high-output contributor that can thrive in a fast paced, rapidly growing, highly ambiguous, and sometimes challenging environment

You are both detail-oriented and biased for action, able to drive autonomous workstreams

You have a passion for ecommerce and general understanding of large-scale multi-sided marketplaces (B2B2C)

You can lead without authority, and foster collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders

You have strong executive presence and can deliver compelling presentations

You have strong analytical skills, and can leverage data from multiple sources to develop insights and drive decision-making

You act as a champion for sellers, customers, and associates

Required
