Responsibilities

Assist in managing and scheduling content across social media platforms
Support email marketing and CRM workflows using tools such as GHL (GoHighLevel), Mailchimp, and Klaviyo
Help create, edit, and repurpose short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, clips, etc.)
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community management
Assist in tracking basic analytics and preparing performance reports
Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and campaigns

Required

Prior experience or familiarity with CRM tools (GHL, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Preferred

Marketing, Communications, or related background is a plus (but not required)
