Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of buildings and grounds
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
Oversee custodial staff and external vendors
Prepare and manage facility budgets
Plan and supervise renovations and capital projects
Implement emergency response and safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and projects

Required

Valid driver's license required
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of facility management experience, ideally in education

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
