Prepares and executes sales request for material requirements from customers

Works with customers to process RMAs and core returns

Order fulfillment support with internal/external programs, working to customer commit dates

Review and identify technical documentation in determining alternate parts for customer fulfillment and repair management activities

Mitigates risks and issues related to customer support programs

Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements

Organizes and tracks freight transportation reports in support of programs

Monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules for customers

Provides program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement

Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions
