Senior Sales Enablement Manager [5+Yrs professional experience Exp Req]
The Genesis Group is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Enablement Manager to partner with their top-performing sales organization, focusing on software service agreements. The role involves managing service agreement renewals, preparing complex quotations, and forecasting industry trends to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
Supporting and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive increases in service contract renewal rates
Managing and reviewing service agreement contracts and renewals
Preparing detailed service agreement quotations and maintaining quoting templates
Analyzing and forecasting trends to provide actionable insights for the sales organization
Coordinating part number upkeep and ensuring efficient order processing
Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of professional experience in a software or technology environment, with hands-on experience managing B2B and B2G service or maintenance agreements
Proven history of success supporting sales teams, including contract lifecycle management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-priority analytical tasks independently
Preferred
Experience using modern AI and productivity tools to improve analysis, efficiency, or accuracy
Familiarity and experience with Public Safety LMR (Land Mobile Radio) technology
