Responsibilities

Architect and implement cloud-based endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE) to support secure, scalable device operations

Lead the development and enforcement of security protocols, device compliance policies, and lifecycle management strategies

Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of mobile device management (MDM) platforms across DHS environments

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure endpoint solutions align with DHS security and operational requirements

Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents

Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to DHS IT staff on endpoint management tools and procedures

Ensure compliance with DHS and federal IT security standards and frameworks
