Responsibilities

Litigate patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes in federal courts and before the USPTO and ITC

Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss in IP-related cases

Conduct technical and legal research, analyze patents and prior art, and work closely with experts to develop infringement and invalidity positions

Manage discovery in complex IP matters, including drafting interrogatories, reviewing technical documents, and taking or defending depositions

Assist in trial preparation, including development of witness examinations, preparation of exhibits, and drafting of pretrial motions and briefs
