InternCareSource is a healthcare management organization, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for Contract Analytics. The intern will provide support on special projects, assist with data collection and analysis, and collaborate on modeling provider contract scenarios.

Responsibilities
Assist with data collection and analysis, identifying patterns and outliers in claim payments
Collaborate in modeling provider contract what-if scenarios
Help prepare materials for meetings with key stakeholders
Conduct research into payment standards and benchmarks of unique provider types
Monitor and review dashboards to identify concerning trends
Perform mathematical and financial calculations on reports
Assist in advancing productions and events
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
