Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Supply Chain workstream moving away from a variety of heritage processes and systems and towards a consolidated future state set of processes and SAP Ariba and Business Network system

Lead the effort to drive to new standard process and system usage across the enterprise

Work closely with technical teams, partners and business units

Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities across multiple business units

Oversee workshops with stakeholders to capture procurement processes, workflows, and pain points

Guide team to define best practices for eProcurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management within a highly regulated defense environment

Support the team developing business process documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams

Act as a liaison between business users, procurement teams, IT, and external vendors

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to program-level leadership

Coordinate with compliance and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to DFARS, ITAR, and other regulations

Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience

Monitor KPIs and system performance post-implementation to ensure business value realization

Required

Minimum of 10+ years' experience leading IT or Supply Chain Teams and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree

Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes

Experience with Ariba CRE and Business Network integration to SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) or similar

Preferred

Experience with Defense Contract Management and FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks

Background in large-scale digital transformation or ERP modernization projects

Advanced knowledge of supply chain compliance and regulatory needs in the aerospace and defense industry
