Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Provides assessment through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Evaluates and executes assessment strategies requiring the collection of metrics related to both individual/team performance and program objectives
Restructures data from various sources and analyzes the data to provide actionable insights
Uses Intermediate Excel skills to extract, restructure, and summarize data for presentation to senior leadership
Collects and synthesizes qualitative vignettes that provide support for data interpretations
Employs superior written communication to create meaningful stories by combining quantitative and qualitative data
Works with stakeholders to ensure assessment products have the appropriate focus and accurately represent the environment

Required

5 + years of related experience
US Citizenship Required: Yes
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university with a major in the Social Sciences (Political Science, Economics, Sociology, etc.), Business, or a related field
Security clearance level: Minimum Secret clearance required; accepted candidates will be submitted for TS/SCI
Skills and abilities: Familiarity with basic statistical methods (e.g., GLM). Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, formulas). Intermediate data analysis skills, including working with structured data and performing error checking. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Preferred experience includes using SQL, devising measurement strategies, familiarity with advanced analytics (SNA, NLP, ML), and data visualization software (R, Tableau)
Active TS/SCI eligibility is preferred
