Director, Database Marketing
Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Loyalty & Data Marketing to lead the strategic vision and execution of loyalty initiatives and data analytics programs. This role focuses on driving guest retention, maximizing customer lifetime value, and utilizing data to optimize marketing strategies and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Further develop and evolve a multi-tiered loyalty program that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and guest expectations
Define KPIs and success metrics for loyalty engagement, retention, and ROI
Oversee the development of predictive models and segmentation frameworks based on customer behavior, spend, and preferences
Partner with BI, IT, and CRM teams to ensure robust data governance, integration, and accessibility
Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing, operations, and guest services
Identify and prioritize high-value market segments including VIPs, leisure travelers, business guests, and locals
Analyze customer spend across verticals to uncover growth opportunities and inform pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
Develop targeted campaigns and experiences that drive incremental revenue and guest satisfaction
Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and automation to deliver real-time personalization
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights and guest feedback
Present loyalty and data marketing performance to executive leadership and ownership groups
Influence enterprise-wide strategies by sharing insights on guest behavior, market trends, and competitive benchmarks
Serve as a thought leader in luxury gaming hospitality marketing and data innovation
Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc
Perform other job-related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in loyalty marketing, CRM, or data analytics within hospitality, gaming, or luxury sectors
Proven success in developing and scaling loyalty programs with measurable impact
Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, or other analytics platforms
Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-touch service environments
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to obtain licenses relevant to the role
Preferred
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting
Proficiency in Advanced Analytics Tools such as Python, R, SAS
Hands on experience with CRM Platforms
