Responsibilities

Develop communications strategy for President and drive execution and scale of plans to deliver business impact through communications
Develop core messaging and narrative to bring the mission and business priorities to life through dynamic storytelling
Demonstrate strategic leadership by driving impactful messaging for the business, aligning with the company mission, strategy, leadership principles and cultural attributes
Partner with appropriate teams to triage requests and check for alignment to strategy and team priorities and ensure that positioning and tone is appropriate for exec engagement
Create and align communications plans to RoB and broader communications
Drive and execute an orchestrated and thoughtful social media strategy

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience + OR equivalent experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience + OR equivalent experience
4+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role
