Responsibilities
Own the full revenue operations workflow from CRM and OMS into ERP, ensuring accurate mapping of contracts, pricing, products, and change orders
Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve upstream data quality, implement workflows, and enforce approvals and required fields
Oversee billing setup and contract intake, ensuring schedules reflect actual delivery and campaign timelines
Own monthly revenue recognition (ASC 606), analyze contracts for performance obligations, and prepare schedules for audit
Lead monthly close for revenue, including reconciliations, variance analysis, deferred revenue schedules, and rollforwards
Build scalable, repeatable, and automated workflows across CRM, OMS, and ERP systems
Drive continuous process improvement, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing system integrations
Support the Corporate Controller with reporting, audit requests, and financial infrastructure scaling
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in revenue accounting
Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition
Hands-on experience with CRM, OMS, ERP, and billing systems in a high-volume environment
Ability to build scalable processes and work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Accounting
Experience working at a SaaS company
Preferred
Experience in digital healthcare, HCP networks, or life sciences platforms
Exposure to AI/ML-driven marketing or targeting systems
Familiarity with multi-entity consolidation, complex contracts, or subscription-based revenue models
