Responsibilities

Serve as a discipline lead, overseeing key tasks and ensuring quality deliverables across multiple projects

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations and internal goals

Monitor labor budgets and task progress, ensuring efficient and timely execution

Lead and support marketing and business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations

Foster strong client relationships through professional, responsive communication and engagement

Oversee the design and development of highway projects using OpenRoads and Civil 3D

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce detailed design documents for preliminary, right-of-way, and construction phases

Perform and review complex engineering calculations related to roadway geometry, grading, drainage, and roadside safety

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff

Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and performance
