Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership to establish FCSS’ financial goals and objectives
Play a significant role with functional and commodity forecasts, planning and deep dives for the various planning sessions
Provide finance leadership, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances for the functional leaders and drive achieving functional cost targets
Establish and maintain a financial measurement, budgeting and reporting system, which provides management with appropriate information and counsel
Maintain controllership responsibility and oversight
Establish operating forecasts and plans, including appropriate contingency planning
Understand impact of costs (direct and indirect) on financial goals and measurements
Preparing financial evaluations for internal customers, senior leadership and external customer or channel partners as needed
Lead and develop a team of 2 seasoned finance analysts
Provide visibility & reporting on cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support the division’s operating activities
Ad hoc support to the VP & CFO as required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Have minimum 8-10 years of finance experience
Have minimum 5 years in a finance leadership role
Have to travel 10% of the time, as required
Preferred
Have strong oral and written communication skills
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Have demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Have established project management skills
