The Little Gym International is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids. They are seeking a Program Director to manage processes and team members, teach classes, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure high standards are met across all programs.

Responsibilities

Work as the Gym Director's right hand managing all processes and team members

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here

Oversee the full of breadth offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met

Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members

Qualification

Required

Background in child development, physical education, sports cheerleading and/or gymnastics is a plus

Ability to manage all processes and team members

Ability to teach classes based on proven curriculum and teaching method

Outstanding customer service and membership experience

Ability to oversee programs to ensure high standards are met

Ability to oversee training and evaluation of team members

Willingness to work on-site daily by the end of March 2026
