Resolve Tier 2 tickets across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and basic server issues
Troubleshoot escalations from Tier 1 and support multiple client environments
Document solutions and follow MSP best practices
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
Strong Windows, M365, and networking fundamentals
Customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Experience using the ConnectWise suite highly preferred
