Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive platform assessment of current ServiceNow environment
Define a practical, execution-focused roadmap aligned with business needs
Lead hands-on implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules
Serve as the technical authority and decision-maker for platform architecture and design
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions
Mentor and guide supporting ServiceNow resources
Ensure solutions leverage modern ServiceNow capabilities, including recent releases and AI features

Required

Minimum of six (6) years hands-on ServiceNow experience

Ability to both design and implement solutions independently
Up-to-date knowledge of recent ServiceNow releases and capabilities
