Responsibilities

Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage high-net-worth individuals and family offices
Conduct presentations and meetings to articulate the firm’s investment strategy and value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on investor communications and marketing materials
Monitor market trends and investor sentiment to identify new business opportunities
Lead business development initiatives to attract new investors and increase capital commitments
Provide exceptional investor relations support, addressing inquiries and fostering positive investor experience
Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other relevant engagements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in private equity, capital fundraising, or investor relations, with a focus on industrial real estate
Proven track record of successful outreach and relationship building with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
Strong understanding of private equity structures, investment strategies, and market dynamics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong drive to achieve fundraising goals
