Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
Manage recurring and one-time billing, including customer adjustments
Oversee accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Perform AP/AR reconciliations with internal teams and external vendors
Manage licensing, registrations, and required renewals
Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and account-related questions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of strong accounting support experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Advanced skillset in Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance accounting accuracy with customer service
Preferred
Experience in leasing, rental, transportation, or heavy equipment environments is a plus
