Responsibilities

Monitor inventory needs for required department equipment and supplies; place orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels

Oversee the work of Volunteers, providing ongoing guidance and training to ensure quality of service

Provide customer service by greeting and actively helping visitors who need assistance with transporting and way-finding

Deal calmly and courteously with upset or difficult visitors

Solicit grievances and complaints from patients and family members on quality of service; act as a liaison between the patient and the department assists in resolving all concerns
